Xpede provides pickup and delivery of regular and legal envelopes. Regular envelope is defined as an envelope between the sizes of 3 5/8 x 6 ½ inches and 10 x 13 inches that usually contains paper documents. Any envelope or package that is larger than 10 x 13 inches is considered a “parcel.” While a legal envelope is defined as any and all documents between the sizes of 3 5/8 x 6 ½ inch and 10 x 13 inch concerning legal matters that are being requested for delivery or pick up at a courthouse, governmental agency, or similar facilities/buildings. The legal courier service that Xpede provides at this time does not include filing service of legal documents at the courthouse or recording service to record certain real estate or legal documents at the recorder office or similar administrative agencies. Delivery or pick-up of legal documents between commercial businesses (such as law firm to law firm) are not considered legal envelopes for the purpose of using Xpede's service. Regular envelope delivery rates are lower than legal envelopes, so Users should understand the difference when placing the order, which can save them money. Xpede provides pickup and delivery of parcels (packages) that are under 60 lbs. Parcel is defined as a package (item wrapped or packed in a box) that can be as small as 6 x 2 x 2 inches to 18 x 12 x 12 inches that contained a permissible tangible item or material. There is a limit of five (5) parcels permitted per delivery order. Xpede provides the pick-up and delivery of business and personal items that are under 30 lbs, such as keys, cell phones, purses, dry cleaners, sunglasses, briefcases, apparel, flowers, watches, and so forth. Any business and personal items that are over 30 lbs and packaged should be placed under "Parcel." Fastest (ASAP) – driver will perform delivery as soon as possible
Priority (Same-Day) – driver will perform delivery within the same day as long as there is a 4-5 hours wait period between the request and pick-up time.
